From me to you!

I am Estee and I tell stories. This site has existed for over a year now (since mid February of 2024), but I have never found myself with any drive for it. On the ocassions I am hit with sudden bursts of inspiration, it fades all too soon.

The only page I was truly proud of was one I made for one of my stories (TBE, in fact). Recently, I finally pulled my boots up and got to work planning how I wanted my site to really be. I don't need a long 'About Me' page or intricate shrines. I am much more happy talking about my stories than anything else.

This website has been revamped to reflect this. Each one of the buttons down below will (when the site is done) take you to a portion of my site dedicated to that story. Hopefully, by the time you are seeing this, this place will be in well enough order that it is fun to peruse. I want this to be as fun for me to look through as it is as fun for others to explore!

But Estee, How Does This Work?!

Each story here is grouped by its 'story container'. Story containers are the extents of the story's scope. Some stories share a universe (i.e., the 'Halverse' for Growing Pains: 1994 and Oath & Creed). Some universes connect, but do not exist on a two-way street (i.e., Super Space Sailor's existence within the Halverse).

I have ordered the stories here in the order most sensible to me. For some guidance, I have included a handy-dandy map below! However, please note that it's not any complicated sci-fi or fantasy stuff.

Pick a Path, Any Path!

Growing Pains: 1994

The year is 1994, and six teenage friends are living in a backwater Australian town. Despite the lack of amenities and the isolation from most of everyone, they find themselves being pulled into all sorts of intrapersonal drama, conflict, and fights. Not only that, but everyone else in town has their own problems, too.

Oath & Creed

Walter Creed and Janelle Henderson have been close friends their whole lives. By 1985, Walter is a worldwide glam metal superstar and Janelle is a receptionist. When he returns to California for Christmas, sparks fly, but come with the risk of burning everything down.

Super Space Sailor

In an alternate 1970s, Earth was invaded by an alien empire and subsequently forced to flee into deep space. Far away, alien twins Sailor and Marine have been raised as living weapons. When they cross paths with humanity's greatest research and rehabilitation team, everything comes into question.

The Butterfly Effect

In 1958, Edith experiences a terrible housefire that lands her family in western Washington state. Her new town is tiny, isolated, and filled with a freezing air of dread. After the discovery of a mysterious journal, she becomes determined to find the source of all the town's madness.

Intergalactic Inn

Underdeveloped plot.

In the early 1960s, a black hole is ever-growing and approaching Earth. Humanity finds themselves under an expiration date. Chaos breaks out everywhere. Admitst it all, one lady tries a last-ditch effort at achieving her dream of owning a grand hotel.

Soulless

Heavily underdeveloped plot.

Since its first use, magic has been the backbone of fantasy society. Souls are the immaterial but tangible tie to magic. During the new rule of 'hyper-magic', the so-called soulless find themselves against an enemy far larger than themselves.
